Femio was a character who appeared in Akt 17. He was the third person to be targeted as a sacrifice to the Raven.
Femio was a ballet student at Gold Crown Academy, but he was supposed to be on probation. Despite this, Femio had an irrationally high opinion of himself and claimed to be qualified to be a true prince who loved and was loved by everyone which makes him shown to be a Narcissist but he's so egotistical that everyone hates him and do everything they can to avoid him like all girls really try to get as far away from him as possible as shown within Akt 17 and he's too obsessed with himself to see it. He seemed to have been especially interested with Ahiru and Rue.
This caught Rue's attention, and she later tried to steal his heart as Princess Kraehe, only to be stopped by Princess Tutu. Femio assumed the two girls were competing for his affection and, ironically, it was this arrogance that saved him from having his heart stolen.
